1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

At ToppersClassNotes, our primary goal is that every student receives spotless, high-grade study materials. If you experience any of the following upon delivery:

• Transit damage to book binding, outer box, or covers.
• Missing study volume, missing formula booklet, or misprinted pages.
• Incorrect medium received (e.g. ordered Hindi Medium but received English, or vice versa).

We will dispatch a brand-new replacement package immediately via Priority Air Express at zero additional charge to you.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any Cash on Delivery or prepaid order free of cost at any time before the package is dispatched by our warehouse (usually within 4 hours of placing the order).

3. Return & Refund Procedure

1. Initiation: Notify our student support desk within 7 days of package delivery via WhatsApp (+91 95217 18823) or email.
2. Verification: Share a quick photo or video of the received books highlighting the misprint or damage.
3. Reverse Collection: Our air courier will arrange free doorstep pickup of the books.
4. Refund Execution: Upon pickup or inspection, your refund will be disbursed directly into your bank account or UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) within 3 to 5 business days.
